Know Before You Go

• You will receive an email containing intake paperwork and instructions on what to do when you arrive. 
• A $50 deposit is required to schedule your first appointment. After your first visit, this amount will be credited to your account. 
• If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, you must cancel before 24 hours or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $60.
